Ben is a registered patent attorney in both New Zealand and Australia. He has been a patent specialist with Baldwins since 2006, after graduating with honours in Engineering from Massey University. Ben specialises in drafting patent specifications, prosecuting patent applications through examination to grant, and advising clients with regard to infringement and validity of patents in the various fields of engineering.

Ben also advises on design registration and copyright protection.
