Deborah joined Baldwins in November 2005. Prior to this, Deborah worked in the litigation team of major commercial law firm for four years. Deborah works with a wide range of local and international clients spanning, in particular, the cosmetics, entertainment, clothing, and food and beverage industries.
Deborah’s principal area of practice is trade marks and brand protection including counterfeiting and border protection measures. She also provides advice in respect of commercial agreements, passing off, copyright, and the Fair Trading Act. Coming to Baldwins from a major commercial law firm, Deborah also has experience in general commercial law and dispute resolution including intellectual property litigation, company, insolvency and media law and trade practices legislation.
